There is nothing wrong with giving cash as a gift as long as we do not expect anything in return. People do it all the time for charitable organizations.

A gift is normally a voluntary transfer of assets or property from one person to another with no compensation.

A charity usually refers to the practice of benevolent givings, an organization or association formed for charitable purposes, or a 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization as defined in our federal tax code. "It is better to give than to receive" is one quote that I've heard for a long as I can remember.

Cash gifting does not fall into the legal definition of a legal business, affiliate program, nor opportunity, it's a scam. You don't have to take my word for it. Do your own research. Call or write and ask the Attorney General in your state is cash gifting is legal. Or ask them to define cash gifting for you. You could save yourself some legal trouble.

I've been approached more than on time about making more by "cash gifting." I've also learned how to think critically for myself in "Mentoring For Free" along with reading "Success In 10 Steps" written by my friend and mentor Michael Dlouhy. Get our free copy at
